Kaupapa Rangatahi Expo 2014
"The future is in your hands"
On the 5th of December 2014 YROA YNOT hosted the first ever KAUPAPA RANGATAHI EXPO at the Wairoa Community Centre.
The purpose of the event being to help assist Rangatahi in furthering on their Employment, Career, Trade or Training. It was also a good initiative for our community to get more involved in knowing a little bit more about our humbled community and all the amazing opportunities it has to offer.
The majority of the services, providers, organisations and core groups from our town and region were instrumental on the day of the event to showcase to the community who they are and what they do.
The expo also offered a mixed variety of special guests, food stalls, activities and music. What a great environment to start thinking about better and bigger things for the future.
