Positive Living Programme 2015
Nga Wahine Toa o Te Wairoa
This was successfully delivered to 13 young ladies, equipting them with ways and mechanisms in which to better manage anger, hurt, frustrations and pain they may be facing in their lives. Different strategies based on traditional Maori customs were introduced to encourage and enable rangatahi to practice and implement for themselves, whanau and/or within the community they live in. This program enabled rangatahi an opportunity to learn about who they are and where they are from, discuss their issues and problems to help build stronger and resilient leaders of tomorrow.
