2014 - Skylar Tangiora is a valued member of the Yroa Ynot governance crew being involved actively with the crew, Wairoa College and the wider community.

2013 - Rhys Egan is a very valued member of Yroa Ynot currently serving as the Chairperson of the Governance Group. Rhys has been involved in alot of events in our community and has contributed his time and talents to them.

2012 - Jonelle Woon is a valued member of Yroa Ynot having served as the Chairperson for the Yroa Ynot governance group for a term. Jonelle is also an active citizen within our community and was a valued student of Wairoa College.

2011Timoti Rurehe-Lambert is a prefect, a valued member of the Wairoa College Kapa haka group and took on many other valued roles at school and within the community. He is a great role model for his peers.

2010 - The first recipient of this Wairoa College trophy for a student showing outstanding voluntary service to the community was Poutu Greening. He was chosen for the great work he does within his school, community and whanau. He also is the chairperson of the YROA YNOT Youth Voice, valued member of the Services Academy, 1st XIV Rugby Captain and helps in his marae.
